Sand Dollar Earrings

Interesting project, we had some sand dollars on our deck rail that were broken by some creature during the night last summer, inside the sand dollar was a natural five pointed star, (pictured here in white) as perfect as only nature could make. I was so taken by this that I copied the design in gold and made earrings set with white and black pearls as well as various colored stones, Amethyst and pink Tourmaline.

A couple of additions to the Celtic Knot collection, one set with a Cabochon Amethyst and the other with a Rhodalite Garnet (Now in the private collection of Ann Watt)
